American Oystercatchers at Stratford Point
These American Oystercatchers were feeding along the shore of Stratford Point yesterday morning, seen in front of the reef balls in the dense fog and cold easterly wind.
At other now much warmer beaches across Connecticut there are soon to be mothers on their eggs at this moment. We will keep working to help those moms, and Happy Mother's Day to all!
