Hi All-
Sorry for the short notice. We discovered today that some of our shorebird string fencing at Milford Point (McKinney Refuge) blew down in recent high winds. Posts will need to be salvaged/replaced, pounded into the sand, and new string will have to be put up.
We are planning to do this work on Friday, May 6th, starting at 9am and going until at least lunch time, if not a bit beyond.
We need a fairly small group of volunteers to assist. If you are available, please email me ASAP - shaun_roche@fws.gov
