The Wildlife Division created this PDF in order for you to better assess the two species while in the field. Also added are facts about their biology and appearance, critical dates in Connecticut, and general information about beach monitoring that is important to keep in mind while conducting stewardship. Save it and study it as we get into the nesting season!
