July is coming in hotter than June, and we expect some days near 90 and potential thunderstorms coming up this month - perhaps even tomorrow! Here's a look at an adult Piping Plover on one of our beaches on a recent afternoon, recorded at 500mm and cropped substantially.
The shoreline is busy with nests, young, juvenile, adult, migrant and dispersing birds right now, not to mention all the people. Please remember to share the shore and spread the word.
